Well-Architected Framework Review Order Form

This agreement, called the Well-Architected Framework Review Order Form (“Order Form”), is for a professional service engagement with OnGraph to provide the customer (“Customer” or “You”) with a Well-Architected Framework Review (“WAFR”) for one workload hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This document outlines the details, including estimated dates, the scope of work, and expectations. Note that the scope is limited to reviewing and partially fixing issues. This Order Form is between Customer and OnGraph, effective from the last date signed (“Order Form Effective Date”), and is subject to the OnGraph Privacy Policy (referred to as the “Agreement”). If any part of this Order Form conflicts with the OnGraph Terms of Service, the OnGraph Terms of Service will take precedence, unless otherwise stated.

Estimated Engagement Start Date 2 weeks from payment confirmation
Estimated Engagement End Date 2 weeks after the engagement start date
Payment Terms Due upon signature, choose one:
– SWIFT / Payoneer / Veem
– AWS Marketplace
Charges $5,000 to Innovative Solutions (Customer to pay upon signature)
Note: Customer is eligible to receive $5,000 in AWS credits directly from AWS on their AWS bill (see “AWS Funding” below).

Review OnGraph will review your AWS environment, identify High-Risk Issues, and resolve 50% of them using customer data and targeted interviews.

Assist Customer in deploying the AWS Well-Architected Framework Tool into the Target Workload AWS account
Review the Target Workload with read-only access
Deploy IBM Guardium Data Security Posture Management on up to 10 AWS data sources
Collect interviews with the associated stakeholders
Create AWS Well-Architected Framework Report
Deliver WAFR Executive Summary and Findings
Identify the HRIs that will be remediated

RemediationOnGraph will help Customers fix 50% of the HRIs identified in the WAFR report.

Assumptions, Dependencies, ConsiderationsFor a successful outcome:

  • OnGraph will need read-only access to review the AWS environment.
  • The customer will deploy the AWS Well-Architected Tool using a script provided by OnGraph.
  • You agree to provide a contact person for any needed information, and delays in communication may extend the project timeline.
  • The project focuses solely on reviewing the Target Workload on AWS. Any infrastructure, application, or server changes are not part of this engagement.
  • Customer is responsible for all costs related to the environments, including AWS usage, third-party products, and necessary licenses.
  • OnGraph’s team will be available during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm ET)

Acceptance Criteria OnGraph will follow these steps for deliverables:

  1. OnGraph will notify you when a deliverable is ready for review.
  2. You/your team will review and provide feedback on any issues (within 3 days).
  3. OnGraph will make necessary revisions (within 5 days) and notify you.
  4. You/your team will give final approval (within 3 days).
  5. Any deliverable not explicitly rejected within 3 days will be considered accepted.

Service Delivery Elements & Exclusion OnGraph will provide:

  • A Well-Architected Framework Review of one workload running on AWS, based on the AWS Well-Architected Framework Tool.
  • Remediation of 50% of HRIs identified using the AWS Well-Architected Tool, chosen by OnGraph. The remediation could include a working session, scripts, or documentation, and in some cases, the Customer may be responsible for executing the steps.

OnGraph will not provide:

  • Application modernization or changes. These will not be included in this project if any application changes are needed. If you need modernization work, it can be quoted separately.
  • Review of services outside AWS. OnGraph can assess workloads outside AWS under a separate project.

AWS Well-Architected Framework Review Funding Attestation This project costs $5,000, invoiced upon signing. Once completed and paid, AWS will issue a $5,000 credit to the AWS account listed. The credit will be applied to AWS monthly billing. More details on credit redemption can be found at AWS Credits. The AWS credit code will be emailed within 30 days of project completion and should be applied to your AWS account for it to take effect.

    Additional Terms This engagement is eligible for AWS funding, but AWS has sole discretion to grant funding. OnGraph cannot guarantee that AWS will provide funding. Customer is responsible for all charges under this agreement. Any changes requested by the customer may result in change orders and may not be covered by AWS funding. Timelines depend on receiving all necessary information and approvals from the Customer. Customer participation is required for the project’s success.
