A Masters in Computer Science graduate from BITS Pilani, Baati runs the daily day-to-day delivery operations at OnGraph, aiming to create solutions for businesses at highest speed and with utmost quality.

Prior to joining OnGraph, Baati worked in the engineering team at Trilogy India, building optimization algorithms to predict most efficient mix of vehicles based on sales and inventory data, for Fortune 500 automobile companies.

Baati brings excellent technological insights to clients business problems, a well tuned agile methodology approach, excellent process of delivery, and provides a delivery and operational leadership across OnGraph.

Nitin Gupta

Founder and Promoter

Nitin is a serial enterpreneur, a young and dynamic visionary behind the core of OnGraph and its family of products.

A Computer Science graduate from IIT Roorkee, Nitin started his career with Trilogy Inc. in 2000, a high profile technology company in enterprise software domain, in Austin USA. Nitin was one of the founding team members which started Trilogy India development center in Bangalore and grew office by manifolds by the end of 2005. Within 5 years, he executed and delivered projects worth multi-million dollars, providing huge business value to companies like Ford Motors and General Motors. Nitin also formed the foundation of various new internet based businesses for Trilogy in India and China.

Nitin founded OnGraph in 2006 with a vision to create an all star team and a built to last organization providing best-in-league technology solutions and creating innovative products aimed to touch millions of lives around the world. 

His passion towards internet based products and India as a market remained intact and Nitin founded an innovative internet based retail business by the name CoinJoos.com in early 2010, retailing 10 million+ books with 500+ supplier network and a unique platform to exchange and buy used rare books. Within an year, CoinJoos.com started serving thousands of customers all across the country. In June 2011, CoinJoos.com got acquired by HomeShop18.com, a part of media conglomerate Network18 group.

Jitendra Verma

Head of Design and Digital Publishing - Software, eBooks, Mobile and Web Apps

Jitendra heads OnGraph's design and e-Publising divisions to provide conceptual and business oriented solutions. Jitendra contiributes to all aspects of strategic decision-making for e-Publishing.

He is a technology pioneer in Web design industry along with more than 10 years industry experience. Jitendra has served in multiple senior roles, covering strategic planning, managing process improvement and implementing organizational change in his career, with huge expertise in converting business goals into real business solutions.

Nikhil Khurana

Head of Web Development

Nikhil leads the web development initiatives at OnGraph.

Prior to joining OnGraph, Nikhil worked for Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, Bangalore, India where he was solely responsible to architect and create multi-million dollar value business solutions for global clients like AT&T.

He is a technology evangelist, making sure that OnGraph leverages and adopts the ever-evolving technology, new frameworks and technology platforms for the benefit of our customers and our products.

Ravinder Kaur

Head of Smartphone Apps - iPhone, iPad and Mac Apps

Ravinder leads the iOS development initiatives at OnGraph.

Prior to joining OnGraph, Ravinder worked for Wipro India.
